Most leaders do not need more advice, motivation, or frameworks.

They need someone who can see the structure of what is actually happening - clearly, quickly, and without getting lost in story, emotion, or surface explanation.

I work with founders and senior leaders whose organisations are carrying the cost of a pattern they have not named. My role is to identify that pattern, locate where it is carrying the highest load, and intervene there.

This is not coaching.

It is structural intervention.

My Background

Before founding Soleairé Advisory, I spent over two decades inside complex organisational settings - corporate strategy, M&A, integration, leadership restructuring and high-pressure decision environments.

That work trained me to see how pressure moves through systems, where authority holds or collapses, and how leadership patterns shape execution far beyond the visible surface of a business.

Over time, one thing became clear:

The organisation was rarely the real problem.

The pattern governing the leader was.

That insight became the foundation of this work.

How I Work

My method is direct.

I identify the active operational pattern.

I locate where it is carrying the highest load.

I show how it is distorting authority, decisions, execution, and weight across the system.

Then I put the correction in place.

The two patterns I see most often are vigilance and over-responsibility. They create organisations that rely too heavily on one person’s clarity, carry more friction than they should, and repeatedly return to the same strain points even when the surface issue appears to change.

The work is designed as a finite two-session intervention.

Session 1 makes the structure visible and establishes the correction.

Session 2 audits implementation under real conditions, corrects drift, and consolidates the shift.

The goal is not more insight alone.

It is that the pattern loses organising power.
